The New Oceanic Inn Old Orchard Beach, Old Orchard Beach

The hotel has an outstanding location just steps away from the beach, with a clean and well-maintained environment. However, the state of the facilities and some outdated aspects were concerning. The management was friendly, but there were significant issues that affected my overall experience, such as cleanliness and safety concerns in certain areas.

My stay at the Inn was incredibly disappointing. The place had a deceptive appearance both inside and out. The only positives were the beach proximity and a friendly member of staff. Unfortunately, the room was way too small, smelled bad, and was overall in poor condition, making it quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a night, if at all.

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was horrified by the state of the room, which felt unsafe and unclean. While the location was decent, it hardly made up for the numerous issues we faced during our stay. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

This hotel has some great qualities, especially for a younger crowd looking for budget-friendly options near the beach. The management was accommodating, but the overall condition of the property didn't match the photos online. If you're expecting luxury, this may not be ideal, but if you just need a place to crash after a night out, it could work for you.

The hotel is a cute and quaint spot right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water. While the price was great and the decor added a nice touch, the room was quite small, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the stairs to the top floor were very narrow, which was a hassle.
